I had spent a good part of an hour, had opened doors and shelves to climb my way up by the ceiling to the shelf where my Mom kept the sugar so I couldn’t get to it. I climbed down with the sugar and sat on the counter. “Ronen, you know that’s the salt, right?” “Yes. I wanted the salt.” I proceeded to eat fistfulls of salt. I was a stubborn kid.
